Issues with scheduling in PowerBI

Hi All, currently I'm using AIO Power BI connector with JIRA CLOUD, and for my company ideally I must to have my data updated every one hour.
Actually I scheduled five times a day, but I'm dealing with a lot of failures.
Could someone know how to figured out this?
Improvement or connector issue?
