JEMH is setup to remove signatures bur JIRA will not send any emails from sys that are replied to.
I have setup JEMH to connect to JIRA and to strip signatures and signature pictures. My issue is that when you reply to a service request JIRA will not send out an email. I do not want to use the outgoing JEMH mail handler, I just want to use JIRA's. Could anyone guide me as to why this is happening? It does pass the email address to the JIRA system.
