JIRA Cloud Hackathon

Hi

Installed the add-on form the marketplace but when creating a project and trying to activate all I get is that the hackathon is already active.   Are there are some steps needed to activate

Found the answer - need to make sure that I had all the workflow, scheme and issue types setup.  Once that was done then the 'activate' populates the select lists with the options for the rounds etc.
