JIRA SU Plugin - Crowd compatibility

Hello,

I am trying the JIRA SU plugin, however can't get it to work with the users synced from Crowd. I also have a Confluence instance and Confluence SU plugin is working fine with the Crowd users. Anyone else experienced this?Do you know a workaround where I can impersonate a user, subscribing him to a filter or so?

Have you raised a support issue with @andy-brook?

I use an older version of the SU plugin with Jira/Crowd and it works fine.

Is there anything in the logs that can help? It would be in the Jira logs, I doubt much would be in the Crowd logs as the plugin is installed in Jira and not Crowd.
