JMWE not consistently adding label in a post function

I've created a post function using JMWE to create a "Sign-off" ticket and assign it to the product owner automatically once a ticket moves to "Ready for Sign Off" status.

Part of this post function is to add a label called "Sign-off".

For the most part, this post function works flawlessly. The problem I'm having is that it only seems to fill out the "label" field about half the time. No errors or warnings are logged. Any ideas?

I use the label for another post function.

That is really odd.

Did you make sure the Labels field is present on the Create screen?

If so, you might need to reach out to Atlassian Support so they can look into why the labels field is not set even though the call to Jira's "Create issue" REST API contains the value for the Labels field.

Yes, the label field is present on the create screen. It's very strange that it is so inconsistent.
