New Action (Notifications) - when creating or updating a automation rule, is there an option or a way to include the JIRA Issue Number/Link within the body of an email? The automated email will only display the generic message if one is in the automation rule.

Hi Jennifer,
Sure, but you will need to specifically put in a component for Send Email.
Then in the body of the email you can include this:
Issue Link: {{baseUrl}}/browse/{{issue.key}}
That will show the key and make it a hyperlink so the user can click on it and go to the issue in Jira. Is you want the Summary, too - you can add {{issue.summary}}
