Jira Automation rule that displays the comment screen when an issue's priorty is cchanged.

I can setup a rule to run in the background and add a predefined comment to any issue where the priority field is changed. But is there any way to have the comment window pop-up to the user who is changing the field to require them to enter a comment their self?

No you can't prompt the user with automation. The only thing I can think of is using an app from the marketplace.
