Jira Capture plugin for Chrome (windows) blocked, how to enable?

As the Subject tells, Chrome is deactivating all Plugins not listed in their store, as Jira Capture. This is for security reasons. I found no way to enable it again. Any idea?

JIRA Capture is listed in Google Chrome store. The recent versions of JIRA Capture do provide a download link on the store.

Small side note: would be great if this could be found via the Chrome store search function...searching for Jia Capture didn't work...
