Jira SU plugin error in 4.4.5

Installing Jira SU in Jira 4.4.5

Hi ,

I installed Jira SU plugin through UPM but its is not working.
Is there iany special instruction to configure this like confluence.
My jira version is 4.4.5 .
When i click on config it is throwing error.

Modify the file /atlassian-jira/secure/admin/user/views/userbrowser.jsp helped me getting the SU

Add thebelow line in the jsp page around the line number 118 (only for Jira 4.4.5 and above)

Please check the version of the jira suite utilities that you are downloading. it may be that you are trying to upload an incompatible version of plugin.

The highest version of the plugin which is compatible for 4.4.5 jira is 1.3. Please try installing this and see.

In case still does not work, try putting in the .jar file directly into the installed plugin folder and restart jira.
