Jira Workflow Screenshot - export-button restricted?

Actually we take a look at the JIRA Workflow Screenshot add-on. But we are missing the export-button at the workflow-edit-window for regular users. The export-button only shows up for admins and we haven't found an option to config this behaviour nor a documentation.

How can regular users use this add-on?

I can suggest Glass Project Documentation as an alternative (but working) solution for your problem! :)
