Jira + Zephyr Scale Cloud - Test Cases are no longer displayed - Cant add new ones

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Yesterday (Jun/03/2021) Jira and Zephyr scale where working ok until around 2 PM CST.
There are a few things all the users are observing:
- Test Cases are not listed

- Add Test Case button action is disabled

- Navigation to Tests, Plans, Cycles, Reports is disabled

- Zephyr configuration page renders a blanks screen

 

As of now we have a free Jira instance + a basic Zephyr Scale license
I really hope someone can give me some insight on this topic. Thanks in Advance.
