Hi 

I am looking an option to configure in Jira using script runner a process, something like:

When status = completed & the answer to the question in the form = yes , a task will be auto created with an assignee. 

Can you assist?

Possible to do using Scriptrunner.

But likely simpler to do using Automation, if you have Data Center (or installed it on Server) - do you have this feature?

I have the automation but on the lite version, on the lite version you don't have the option to set label or create task.
