Jira automation - Add a comment automatically when creating a pull request

Is this possible? There is a 'Pull request created' trigger but there is no action to comment a pull request, only to comment a jira issue.

I want to add automatically a comment with no condition to every pull request created, to add something like "Follow our programming conventions and best practices according to {url}".

maybe it would be possible to use Jira automation (like create comment via REST API using Send web request action after pull requested is created), but it doesn't feel right.

Do you have Bitbucket cloud or how exactly do you create your pull requests?
