Katalon Studio and TestOps for Jira Data Center

Hi,

It seems Katalon Studio and TestOps for Jira Data Center cannot be renewed via Atlassian Store, but new licenses can be purchased. 

This does not make sense. Has anyone encountered similar experience, or know what happened to Katalon Studio and TestOps for Jira DC ?
