Katalon Studio integration with JIRA Cloud

Was looking to test the marketplace plugin with Katalon.

When I go into Katalon it asks for SERVER URL, Username, pass

I know traditional jira would have jira.name.com with a username, although JIRA Cloud is name.atlassian.com and asks for e-mail instead.  So these do not line up and the plugin is useless to me so far.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Have you tried using email address and Api Token instead of username and password to integrate with Jira Cloud?

I am asking this because basic authentication with password has been deprecated as announced last year:

• Deprecation notice - Basic authentication with passwords and cookie-based authentication

Hi Dario,

This fixed the issue that we had, when the update was released we tried the SSO authentication with the token method and it work's as expected.

I have a similar issue with new April 2019 jira integration plug in, have you had any luck since?
