LDAP setting has changed for our organization and all login is not working anymore. No native system admin login is setup previously, how do we access to Crcubile to fix the ldap?
Hi, Fisheye/Crucible as an internal administrator user that you can reset the password and retrieve the access to your application. After that you can reconfigure your LDAP and allow your users to login again. You can see details on how to reset the internal administrator password here.
