Licensing Cost for "Tooltips" add-on

Greetings!

I know it says that it's a free add-on, but i wanted to validate that free really means free and there isn't a licensing cost say after a year or something. Very sorry for asking a question that seems to have an obvious answer, but I need to confirm.

Be aware that folks providing plugins can change the license scheme for any future version they want. The could say "no plan for it..." but in 3 months things change and they decide to switch to a paid version later.
