Limiting audit log for 'Automation Lite for Jira'

I'm using Automation Lite for JIRA and I have a rule set up to update a field when a transition happens. That being said every time I transition I get 2 emails:

 

1) From JIRA showing user updated status

2) From Automation Lite for JIRA updating the field

 

Is there a way to disable specifically any notification triggered by Automation Lite for JIRA so I don't get 2 emails every time?
