Linking Addin from ServiceRocket can't get activatet

Hi,
while trying to install, the installation hung. I deinstalled, and downloaded it from the Service Rocket Page and uploaded it manually via the browser. Installation worked. But wasn't able to activate the Addin. I tried to download the (free) license from ServiceRocket page but wasn't able to install the lisence.
Even the try to call the "license.action" like descriped here:
https://docs.servicerocket.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=5966610
fails. The site could not be found.
By the way: the Approval and the visibility Addins from ServiceRocket are working.
In the Comunity of ServiceRocket or the Atlassian Comunity i didn't find any comparable issues.

Thanks for moving.

The Addin works now. The problem: to restart Confluence on the local machine isn't enough! Today our server admin was reachable and did the restart on the server itself. After that the addin configuration was to find in the admin tools. And there i could install the key as mentioned.
