Links from PlantUML diagram to section with underscores don't work

I have a Data Dictionary page with one section per table. I'm putting links in the {plantuml} macro

• A link like "url of term is [Data Dictionary#term]" works fine
• A link like "url of scope_notes is [Data Dictionary#scope_notes]" doesn't work because the plugin resolves it to a URL including underscores. But in Confluence (3.5.3 at least), section URLs remove the underscores, eg: https://..../Data+Dictionary#DataDictionary-scopenotes

Also, it would be nice if the plugin makes a tooltip same as the confluence link name (or resolved URL), isntead of the generic "pageName - spaceName". The plugin version is 4.3.7

This bug should be fixed in Plugin Version 5.1.2. This version is now available on the marketplace.

I also changed the generic tooltip format to include the section name:
"spaceName - pageName#sectionName".

If you don't like the generic tooltip you can always specify an alias in the link like "url forBar is [alias|FOO:Bar]"
