Hi, at our company we have an account created in tempo we will call Client A. In JIRA we have two projects in progress for Client A. We use Tempo to log our hours worked for each of the projects. Additionally we have weekly meetings about overall progress that are billable to the client. Is there a way to log this time directly against the account somehow? It doesn't really make sense for us to create a task in one of the projects to assign the time to because the meeting isn't necessarily about that specific project and is really just an overall progress meeting. Thanks for the help.
Hi Nathan
You can create a new project dedicated to progress meetings in general. Then you can connect the account to the project and log work on the project's issues. This way you are also free to add other accounts later if you have similar progress meetings for other clients.
