Log work no longer works by pressing '+' next to Time Tracking

It works on More Actions->Log Work, but it used to also work by pressing + next to the Time Tracking screen area.

I just got an answer from support, they disabled Tempo and it fixed the issue.

You've run into a bug with Tempo, I've completely disabled Tempo from the UPM and you should be set now.

I am using JIRA on demand, 6.0.

I think the previous one was 5.1.1
