Maintenance for JSU app

Hi All,

I recently got an update saying the Maintenace for JSU automation suite app for JIRA has expired.

1. What all capabilities get blocked due to the Maintenace expiry?

2. My JIRA server license is expiring next year end.

Hi @Veda Bhat ,

On Jira Server, apps continue to work even if their maintenance has expired. This is because you actually acquired a perpetual license of the apps.

However, without an active maintenance, you will lose:

- the ability to install newer version of the app

- access to technical support from the app vendor
