Map field value checkbox disabled in the Import tests wizard

I m attempting upload my test cases into Zephyr using the Import tests .

These are the steps followed:

1. Browse and upload the excel file
2. Specify the row number to begin import and the sheet name
3. Click on Next
4. Select the File import field from the dropdown

At this instance, I do not see the 'Map Field Value' checkbox enabled for me tick the checkbox. I'm trying to import 350 test cases at a time.
