Message Custom Field is not working for JIRA 6.0.6 and Toolkit 0.35.3

I'm working on JIRA Version 6.0.6 and installed JIRA Toolkit Plugin 0.35.3
and unfortunately facing the problem that Message Custom Field
in not working, it's not showing up.

Can you fix it ?
