Migrating data when I move from Plugin version 1 to version 2

I addapted plugin for version 2 (plugin adds custom fileld Personal Label, its add custom field to ticket, visible only for user, that created field and contains date and personal note) I added using active objects instead of using OfBizDelegator. What ways are to migrate old data?
