Missing SU link on users from user directories - working with internal directory

Hi

I have bought the SU plugin and installed it on a Jira 5.2.2, and added the link line in userbrowser.jsp

unfortunately I am not able to see the SU link on users provided from our active directory, only users which are from the internal directory.

However it is working flawless on our Jira 4.4.3 (production) where we are able to se the SU link on all users even if the user was from our active directory.
