Moving of Space between instances

Hello Everyone,

I have used a Page Tree Creator Plugin in Confluence in order to create spaces and pages.

And my instance has spaces which are created without using the plugin. Now i need to only move the Spaces which have been created using the Page Tree Creator Plugin.

I actually tried to move the only the single space using the space tools->content tools -> export-> custom export and exported.

And Imported the zip file in the other instance.

By doing this way the new instance which had this plugin couldn't differentiate that this space is created using the page tree creator plugin. 

While i tried the whole instance level backup and imported it was able to differentiate.

Can anyone help me with the steps or suggestions as how to move the spaces which have been created using the Page Tree Creator Plugin?
