Hi!
We have a need of a multi project board in order to get an helicopterview of all the projects and prioritise among the activies in standups. All of these projects have different levels of users, and sometimes even vendors involved, so we would prefer that this multiboard was only visible in one of the projects were we do the internal activities and overall planning and reporting. We have created a multi-project filter but are stuck because it's visible in all projects in the filter. Is there a solution of workaround to this? We also have the easy agile story available but it seems that is also built on the same type of filter in the background...?
Thanks!
Hi Sara - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The only way to hide the board from certain users is to change the sharing of the board filter. You should be able to just share it with a particular project.
So, click on Board Settings, the Edit the filter
Once there, click on Details
Then click on Edit Permissions
Click on Project and select the project you want to share it with.
Be sure to click Add and then Save.
Thanks for a very quick reply! I will give this a try asap!
