My team would like an overview of product options with an expert at Atlassian

Our goal is to better understand Atlassian offerings and how they can help us improve our IT operations, reduce tool overlap/overload, and streamline our project <-> operations <-> incident workflows.  We are currently using Service Now and this will likely remain the case for production support but our teams do both development and operations support.

We would like to get a demo and have a sales engineer show us how a fully integrated Atlassian stack can operate given our business model, then we’d like to investigate each option.

Atlassian does not have traditional sales teams, so your best bet if you want to have a demo of the Atlassian stack would be to contact one of Atlassian's partners that specialize on this. You can search for a partner here.

OK - However we do not just want a demo.  So can you recommend a partner based on what we are interested in learning? Location is irrelevant to us.

I would pick a couple of the Platinum Solutions Partners and ask for their help. I have only worked with Adaptavist, Cprime, Hypervelocity and Riada, but any of the platinum partners should be able to help you with this. They can also work with you by doing a assessment and then come up with a solution that works for you.
