NPS Survey for Jira - mail send to Reporter

We are using candylio NPS Survey for Jira. We are using version 1.10.1.

We recently migrated from Jira 7.13.13 to 8.20.

Since then the NPS survey is sent to the reporter instead of the customer, even though the plugin is configured to send it to the customer. We have tried switching it to the reporter and back to the customer. We also tried disabling and enabling the plugin again but it keeps sending it to the reporter.
