Navbar support for Jira 7.10.x and products with new AUI

This plugin is fantastic as it allows arbitrary URLs to be added that are always visible (like privacy policies), which help with GDPR regulations and it looks the same across all products, which is exactly what I need.

I've implemented it, but noticed that it does not work with Jira 7.10.x, which I imagine is related to the new Atlassian user interface changes. The bar appears on an issue, but not on the dashboard, but it didn't seem to be consistent as it did appear once on the dashboard and NOT on the issue view. I don't know if it works with other products that have also moved to the new AUI as I haven't tested them yet. Are there any plans to add support for the latest versions?

Otherwise, I cannot complain about the plugin and am thankful for the work you've done and for making it available.
