Nave marketplace plugin cycle time question

Using the app GetNave I'm trying to understand how the Cycle Time metric is calculated on the dashboard view.

I've configured all of the columns that constitute todo, in progress and done and when I select all statuses the cycle time is 14days.

It would stand to reason that when I narrow it down to only select the statuses that constitute going from "todo" to "done" that the cycle time should be the same, but it's not, it's 3days.

I'm not sure how this is calculating this since it's measuring the same thing?
