No M.maillogger Entries when using Batch Mode

Used to see entries when sending individual mail notifications.  but it appears that they stopped working when I switched to Batching Email Notifications.

 

Is this expected behavior?

I have the same problem: No entries. God to know, that it is connected to the batch function in JIRA 8. I thought it is a general issue with JIRA 8, as I have switched both at the same time. Any solution meanwhile?
