Not clear what Atlassian URLs/ports are being accessed

Due to security policy our server uses a whitelist for outgoing connections (Internet Explorer >> Internet Options >> Security >> Trusted Sites >> Add Site).

I've been able to figure out most of the sites to add eg. http://*.atlassian.com and https://*.atlassian.com, and the Plugin Marketplace works. But trying to login to the 'Purchased Addons' page does not work, producing the error: Sorry, an error occurred while attempting to refresh your purchased add-ons list.

What is the address I need to whitelist for this connection to work?

When accessing marketplace, there's a few other domains that must be allowed to be accessed:

https://log3.optimizely.com/
https://cdn.optimizely.com/
https://p.typekit.net/
https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/
https://ssl.google-analytics.com/ Please try allowing theirs access and check if you are able to access your purchased products on marketplace!

Rodrigo's response is accurate for the Atlassian Marketplace site, but the UPM does not need to access these domains. UPM only needs to access the following:

• *.atlassian.com
• https://dq1dnt4af4eyy.cloudfront.net/

There are a few other reasons why Purchased Add-ons may fail, including having an invalid or evaluation product license.
