Not visible Jira custom fields in Field Mappings

Hi

In TFS4JIRA Synchronizer I dont have visbile all Jira custom fields in tab "Field Mappings" in "Synchronization Profile" .

I have visible only three fields: Parent, Project and Resolution

Why dont I see all jira fields in list?
