Notifications showing complete urls instead of link

Hello,

Since some days ago, I am receiving the JIRA Service Management notifications with complete urls instead of links. It is happening only to my agent. Not others. 

I attach a couple of images where I show how it is now and how it was before this.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

An email has changed from HTML Format to Text format!

You can change the Email format to HTML here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-email-notifications/
