If you are interested in a plug in for OKR for Jira, check out Dragonboat. It supports both cloud and server version integration. 

Dragonboat has different philosophy in connecting OKR and activities. We believe this should be a 2 way interaction - bottoms up approach (tagging epics), and more importantly, a top down approach - deciding on OKR first, then decide on EPICs before the work even starts.
