Only for Confluence Server 6.0.1 - 6.6.9 ?

We have Confluence 6.10.2. But this macro only for Confluence Server 6.0.1 - 6.6.9

Is it possible install macro on our version of Confluence ? Now we have some problems ...

It looks like the developers of this App are no longer maintaining it.  As it's not for current versions, you should not try to use it.
