Order of project panels menu

Hi all,

I have a problem with ordering the menu items of project tabs in project view. The problem is that I need to have one of the tabs' links in menu diplayed at the very bottom of the menu. I know there is the element <order> to be set in atlassian-plugin.xml for this. The problem is that not even very high numbers are working for this. Is there some way to make this number maximum or just set it as the last one in the menu (with the help of some function or something similar)?

For we-items the property is weight.

No I mean the menu where Road Map, Change Log, Popular issues etc. are. The order of it's items is set by <order> property (at least according to THIS page).
