Hi folks,
I'm wondering how you guys organise your Zephyr tests that need to be executed on various Windows platforms (8.1, 10, 32bit, 64bit, German, Japanese, English...). Do you simple create a new test cycle per OS to target that product version? Is there a better way? Coming from TestLink it had the concept of 'platforms' that allowed tests to be organised in such a situation.
I'd appreciate your comments.
Shaun
Thanks for confirming, Arun.
My suggestion would be go and look at how TestLink handles platforms and do something similar. It works great for variants such as OS, browsers, even hardware.
Hi Shaun
Thanks for your interest in Zephyr .
Currently we guide customers to classify it based on Test cycles .Or some do classify it across versions too.
Am afraid we dont have a way better than this. But if you can suggest a way in steps we can raise this as a feature request with our product team for them to consider in future releases
Thanks
