Pages that are approved and published in a workflow cannot be shared by users with read permissions. Only editors can share these pages.

Confluence Version 4.1.6, Ad Hoc Workflow Version 3.2.5.

If this is a bug is there a fix for a newer version?

Hi Thomas,

I can confirm that this bug was fixed in Ad hoc Workflows 3.2.8. Please upgrade to version 3.3.x. Do not upgrade to workflows version 4.x unless you want to upgrade Confluence to 4.3 + as well.
