Pathfinder for Jira Cloud Stopped Working

Anyone else experiencing problems with Pathfinder Plugin for JIRA Cloud?  It was working fine last week, now it doesn't work in any browser for any user in either of our two instances.

Vendor unfortunately isn't responding.

I realize this is an old post, but it's never been answered. In short, it looks like the app has been archived: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/archive/1211573

I can't find any other information on what happened to it.
