Permission Error with confiForm

Trying to create a confiForm form, using a JIRA Links field and when I submit the form the data that should be getting pulled from JIRA is throwing this error

COM.ATLASSIAN.APPLINKS.API.CREDENTIALSREQUIREDEXCEPTION: YOU DO NOT HAVE AN AUTHORIZED ACCESS TOKEN FOR THE REMOTE RESOURCE

What/where do I go to to fix this permission error?

Your Confluence to Jira integration via application links is set to use oAuth2

And in order to make this "connection" to work, you must first authorize the token

After it is authorized you will be able to see the data from Jira in Confluence and in ConfiForms as well (as we fully rely and depend on this connection ourselves)
