Pictures with the format gif are not replicate / publish

Hello,

we use the plugin since a couple of months and are quite satisfied, only one thing are strange. Pictures with the format gif will not replicate / publish. We have a workaround to replace these particular pictures with a different format like png or jpg an publish again, but it would be nice if the plugin include the gif pictures.
