Plan recurrent issue Tempo Plugin

Hi,

I have a question about Plan Time in Tempo Plugin.

If I want to plan an issue to an user for recurrent time, what should I do?

( example:

I have an issue that I have to plan to an user every 15th day of the month.

Have I to create by hand every month, on the 15th, the plan time of that issue, or is there an automatically method to do this???? )
