[Plugin ScriptRunner] My script in a post-function is not running. Can Jira find my script? Problem with directory?

Hello,

I am using JIRA and Script Runner plugin . I am trying to run a script in a post-function through a script existing in a file path.

I think i am doing the steps correctly. Moreover, i am putting my file in this directory:

../atlassian-jira/scripts/test.groovy

The file scriptTeste is my script. The variable catalina_home is point to "C:/Program Files/Atlassian/JIRA/bin". The folder "atlassian-jira" is in "C:/Program Files/Atlassian/JIRA". I create de folder "scripts".

However, when the transition occurs, nothing happens. It seems that my script is ignored, because it is not executed (a field value should change, but it is not happening). On the other hand, no error is showed.

I do not know what is the problem. I tried to chance de directory, the code, etc., but the problem continues. Do I need restart something?

Any sugestion? Can someone help me?

Hi, do you tried to enable logging for Script Runner by modifying the log4j.properties as described on https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/GRV/Script+Runner in chapter logging?

After that, and a restart, you should try to run the postfunction script and take a look into catalina.out. You may post the error here to get more help.
