Pop up warning when loggin work

Hi, is it possible to apply a pop-up warning when a specific tempo issue is selected in the log work form? 

In our case when a user selects a specific issue, he/she should additionally also select some values from 2 or 3 drop down lists. People intend to forget to select these values. I want to make them more aware of it with a kind of pop-up warning. 

Having a possibility to select 'not to show this message again' would also be great
