Powershell to import TestNG results in Xray using Rest

Need help with the powershell that we are using to update a test execution after selenium execution is complete on bamboo

We use the example here : https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/XRAY/Tutorial%3A+using+PowerShell+scripts+for+Continuous+Integration#Tutorial:usingPowerShellscriptsforContinuousIntegration-SubmitJUnitresults

Xray Rest API: /rest/raven/1.0/import/execution/testng

gives the following error:

"The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."
