Problem with Tempo

When opening TEMPO timesheets within JIRA I get an error message "something went wrong". We can´t log our work-hours. Any ideas?

I saw the plot and I did the changes from https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Problems-with-TEMPO-TIMESHEETS-within-JIRA/qaq-p/1193063

but It still does not work.

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support system. https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.
